20 ноября 2025 года кафедра правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», НСО кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ провели учебно-методический семинар, посвященный мастерству дебатов. Мероприятие стало настоящим интерактивным погружением в искусство убеждения.
Встречу открыл директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, доцент РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин. Он подчеркнул значимость подобных семинаров как для преподавателей, так и для студентов Юридического факультета, а также передал слова приветствия участникам семинара от декана Юридического факультета МГУ, научного руководителя НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», академика РАО Александра Константиновича Голиченкова и заведующего кафедрой правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, доктора юридических наук, профессора Виктора Алексеевича Вайпана.
В эпоху, когда грамотная речь и умение отстоять свою позицию становятся ключевыми навыками успешного юриста, такой семинар оказался как нельзя кстати: участие в семинаре приняли студенты бакалавриата и магистратуры Юридического факультета МГУ, аспиранты и преподаватели.
Студенты узнали, что настоящие дебаты – это интеллектуальное единоборство со своими правилами и стратегиями. Участники семинара узнали, что сильный аргумент – это не просто громкое заявление. Это тщательно выстроенная конструкция, основанная на трех аспектах: тезис, доказательство и воздействие.
Максим Валерьевич рассказал о форматах дебатов (парламентские дебаты, формат К. Поппера, всемирный школьный формат и др.) и провел мастер-класс по судейству в дебатах по формату К. Поппера. В ходе мероприятия были рассмотрены технологические аспекты проведения XIV Открытого правого турнира.
Организаторы уверены, что подобные мероприятия должны стать регулярной практикой. Ведь за стенами университета сегодняшних студентов ждет жесткая конкуренция, где победит не просто тот, кто знает закон, а тот, кто умеет о нем говорить и убеждать.

On 20 November 2025, the Department of Legal Informatics, Informational and Digital Law, SEC Digital Educational Environment, and the Scientific and Pedagogical Council of the Department of Legal Informatics, Informational and Digital Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University held a training and methodological seminar on the art of debate. The event was a real interactive immersion into the art of persuasion.
The meeting was opened by Maksim Valerevich Voronin, Director of the Digital Educational Environment, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Informationaland Digital Law, and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education. He emphasised the importance of such seminars for both teachers and students of the Faculty of Law, and also conveyed greetings to the seminar participants from the dean of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, scientific director of the Digital Educational Environment, RAE academician Alexander Konstantinovich Golichenkov, and the head of the Department of Legal Informatics, Informationaland Digital Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Viktor Alekseevich Vaipan.
In an era when articulate speech and the ability to defend one's position are becoming key skills for a successful lawyer, such a seminar was very timely: undergraduate and master's students of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, postgraduate students and teachers took part in the seminar.
Students learned that real debates are intellectual contests with their own rules and strategies. Seminar participants learned that a strong argument is not just a loud statement. It is a carefully constructed structure based on three aspects: thesis, evidence and impact.
Maksim Valerevich talked about debate formats (parliamentary debates, Karl Popper format, world school format, etc.) and held a master class on judging debates in the Karl Popper format. During the event, the technological aspects of holding the XIV Open Law Tournament were discussed.
The organisers are confident that such events should become a regular practice. After all, outside the university walls, today's students face fierce competition, where it is not just those who know the law who will win, but those who know how to talk about it and persuade others.
