С 24 по 26 июня 2026 года в Санкт-Петербурге состоялся XIV Петербургский международный юридический форум (ПМЮФ), главной темой которого стало «Время быть в праве». Форум объединил более 6 200 участников из 80 стран, став крупнейшей площадкой для обсуждения актуальных правовых вопросов современности.
При поддержке члена организационного комитета форума, заведующего кафедрой правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова, доктора юридических наук, профессора Виктора Алексеевича Вайпана и заместителя проректора МГУ Натальи Сергеевны Троицкой, под руководством директора НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцента кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ, кандидата юридических наук, доцента РАО Максима Валерьевича Воронина в рамках форума была организована работа команды Молодежного крыла НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова и студентов Юридического факультета МГУ.
На протяжении трёх дней активисты научно-образовательного центра «Цифровая образовательная среда» (научный руководитель – декан Юридического факультета, академик РАО Александр Константинович Голиченков) и НСО кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права из числа студентов и аспирантов Юридического факультета МГУ представляли участникам форума информацию об истории и современной жизни Московского университета и Юридического факультета, возможных карьерных траекториях студентов; делились опытом научной, общественной и спортивной жизни в Университете; презентовали новейшие технологии и проекты, реализованные Университетом и Юридическим факультетом. Участникам форума были представлены презентационные материалы о жизни Университета и Юридического факультета МГУ, в том числе на английском языке.
В рамках работы на XIV Петербургском международном юридическом форуме активистами НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» и сотрудниками Юридического факультета МГУ были представлены ключевые научные и образовательные проекты факультета, отражающие передовые направления юридической науки и практики.
На площадке Ассоциации юристов России 25 июня 2026 года состоялась презентация книжных новинок, подготовленных ведущими учеными и специалистами Юридического факультета МГУ. Среди представленных изданий – учебник «Информационные технологии в юридической деятельности: правовая информатика, информационное и цифровое право» под редакцией доктора юридических наук, профессора Виктора Алексеевича Вайпана; монографии доктора юридических наук, профессора Наталии Владимировны Козловой и доктора юридических наук, доцента Софьи Юрьевны Филипповой «Очерки по гражданскому праву», а также монография Софьи Юрьевны Филипповой «Гражданско-правовой статус частных лиц, совершивших противоправное действие». В области криминалистики были презентованы сборник материалов международной конференции «Проблемы развития криминалистической тактики», посвященной 90-летнему юбилею заслуженного профессора Московского университета Евгения Емельяновича Центрова, под общей редакцией доктора юридических наук, профессораИгоря Михайловича Комарова; сборник научных статей «Криминалистика: вчера, сегодня, завтра» под редакцией И.М. Комарова; а также материалы международной конференции «Роль женщин-криминалистов в развитии науки и практики», посвященной памяти доцента Московского университета Зои Георгиевны Самошиной, под общей редакцией кандидата юридических наук Евгении Сергеевны Крюковой.
26 июня на той же площадке презентация проектов Юридического факультета МГУ продолжилась. Первым был представлен проект «Право и технологии: презентация школы цифрового права МГУ», организованный кафедрой правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ и Управляющей компанией ИНТЦ МГУ «Воробьевы горы». Спикерами выступили Виктор Алексеевич Вайпан – заведующий кафедрой правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова, а также Максим Валерьевич Воронин – директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова.
Вторым проектом стала презентация исследования «Право и этика современных криминально-правовых программах и тру-крайм-медиаконтенте», проведенного НОЦ Юридического факультета МГУ «Право и СМИ» совместно с факультетом журналистики МГУ на базе Комиссии по медиарегулированию Московского отделения Ассоциации юристов России. С докладом выступила Евгения Сергеевна Крюкова – доцент кафедры криминалистики Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова, Председатель Комиссии МО АЮР по медиарегулированию.
26 июня 2026 года, в рамках ПМЮФ-2026, состоялся XVI Международный молодежный юридический форум, собравший студентов, молодых юристов, преподавателей и наставников, представителей органов публичной власти, научной общественности и бизнеса из России и зарубежных стран. Активисты НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» приняли участие в мероприятиях форума, включая тематические секции, мастер-классы и экскурсии.
Также активисты молодежного крыла НОЦ посетили Президентскую библиотеку, стали участниками интересной экскурсии.
Работа актива НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» на XIV ПМЮФ и XVI ММЮФ стала ярким примером интеграции образовательной, научной и общественной деятельности студентов в контекст ведущих правовых событий страны.

From June 24 to 26, 2026, the 14th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPILF) took place in St. Petersburg. Its main theme was "Time to Be Lawful." With the support of a member of the forum's organizing committee, the head of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, M.V. Viktor Alekseevich Vaypan, Doctor of Law, Professor of Lomonosov Moscow State University, and Natalia Sergeevna Troitskaya, Deputy Vice-Rector of Moscow State University, led the forum, led by Maxim Valerievich Voronin, Director of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law at the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University, Candidate of Law, and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education. The team from the Youth Wing of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center at Lomonosov Moscow State University and students from the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University were also involved.
Over the course of three days, activists from the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center (supervised by Alexander Konstantinovich Golichenkov, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Academician of the Russian Academy of Education) and the scientific research group of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law, consisting of undergraduate and graduate students from the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University, presented information to forum participants about the history and current life of Moscow University and the Faculty of Law, as well as potential career paths for students. They shared their experiences of scientific, social, and athletic life at the University, and presented the latest technologies and projects implemented by the University and the Faculty of Law. Forum participants were presented with presentations on the life of the University and the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University, including in English.
As part of the 14th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, activists from the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center and staff from the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University presented the Faculty's key research and educational projects, reflecting cutting-edge trends in legal scholarship and practice.
On June 25, 2026, the Association of Lawyers of Russia hosted a presentation of new books prepared by leading scholars and specialists from the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University. Among the publications on display were the textbook "Information Technologies in Legal Activity: Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law," edited by Doctor of Law, Professor Viktor Alekseevich Vaypan; monographs "Essays on Civil Law" by Doctor of Law, Professor Natalia Vladimirovna Kozlova and Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Sofia Yuryevna Filippova; and a monograph by Sofia Yuryevna Filippova "The Civil Status of Individuals Who Have Committed an Unlawful Act." In the field of forensic science, a collection of materials from the international conference "Problems of Developing Forensic Tactics," dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Evgeny Yemelyanovich Tsentro, Distinguished Professor of Moscow State University, was presented. The collection of scientific articles, "Forensic Science: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow," edited by I.M. Komarov, was also presented. The materials from the international conference "The Role of Women Forensic Scientists in the Development of Science and Practice," dedicated to the memory of Zoya Georgievna Samoshina, Associate Professor of Moscow State University, were also presented. The presentation of projects from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University continued on June 26 at the same venue. The presentation was given by Evgeniya Sergeevna Kryukova, Associate Professor of the Forensic Science Department at the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University and Chair of the Media Regulation Commission of the Moscow Association of Lawyers.
On June 26, 2026, the 16th International Youth Legal Forum was held as part of the 2026 St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, bringing together students, young lawyers, professors and mentors, representatives of public authorities, academia, and business from Russia and abroad.
Activists from the Digital Educational Environment Research and Educational Center participated in forum events, including thematic sections, master classes, and excursions. Activists from the youth wing of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Educational Center also visited the Presidential Library and participated in an engaging excursion.
The work of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Educational Center at the 14th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum and the 16th Moscow International Legal Forum was a striking example of the integration of students' educational, scientific, and social activities into the context of the country's leading legal events.
