16 февраля 2026 г. состоялось объединенное заседание молодежного крыла НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Юридического факультета МГУ и НСО кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права. Заседание провел директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, доцент РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин.
Максим Валерьевич передал собравшимся приветствие от научного руководителя НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», декана Юридического факультета МГУ, академика РАО Александра Константиновича Голиченкова и заведующего кафедрой правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ, доктора юридических наук, профессора Виктора Алексеевича Вайпана.
Участники обсудили последние изменения в законодательстве и правоприменительной практике в сфере цифрового образования и цифрового права, тенденции в области обучения в условиях динамично меняющихся общественных отношений. Был утвержден план работы на весенний семестр 2025/26 учебного года, определены дальнейшие направления развития НОЦ, рассмотрены иные вопросы в области образования, инновационного развития и правового регулирования.
Особое внимание было уделено, в частности, международной научной практической конференции «Нормативное обеспечение профессионального образования», которая традиционно состоится на базе РАО, укреплению сотрудничества с Российской академией образования, взаимодействию с органами государственной власти и учреждениями образования.
На заседании также были обсуждены следующие вопросы: о проведении Всероссийской студенческой конференции в Российской академии образования, о проведении секции на конференции «Ломоносов», о сотрудничестве с компаниями «Яндекс» и «ПравоТех», а также с АНО «Мосстратегия», Мэрией города Москвы, о совместном заседании с НОЦ нотариального права «Путь к закону».
Участие в заседании приняли участники НОЦ: аспиранты, магистранты, студенты 1-4 курсов бакалавриата.

On February 16, 2026, a joint meeting of the youth wing of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center (REC) of the Moscow State University Faculty of Law and the Novosibirsk Regional Branch of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law was held. The meeting was chaired by Maxim Valerievich Voronin, Director of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law, and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education.
Voronin conveyed greetings from Alexander Konstantinovich Golichenkov, Academic Director of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, Dean of the Moscow State University Faculty of Law, and Viktor Alekseevich Vaypan, Head of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law at the Moscow State University Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, and Professor.
The participants discussed the latest changes in legislation and law enforcement practices in the field of digital education and digital law, as well as trends in education in the context of dynamically changing social relations. The work plan for the spring semester of the 2025/26 academic year was approved, future directions for the REC's development were determined, and other issues in the fields of education, innovative development, and legal regulation were discussed.
Particular attention was paid, in particular, to the international scientific practical conference "Regulatory Framework for Professional Education," which is traditionally held at the Russian Academy of Education, strengthening cooperation with the Russian Academy of Education, and interaction with government agencies and educational institutions.
The following issues were also discussed at the meeting: holding the All-Russian Student Conference at the Russian Academy of Education, holding a section at the Lomonosov Conference, cooperation with Yandex and PravoTech, as well as with the ANO Mosstrategia and the Moscow City Hall, and a joint meeting with the Notarial Law REC "Path to Law."
REC participants, including graduate students, master's students, and first- to fourth-year undergraduate students, participated in the meeting.
