С 9 по 11 июля 2026 г. на площадке Сколковского института науки и технологий (Сколтех) при поддержке Минобрнауки России прошёл XIV Съезд советов молодых учёных и студенческих научных обществ – одно из ключевых ежегодных мероприятий Десятилетия науки и технологий, направленное на вовлечение молодых учёных в решение важнейших задач развития страны.
10 июля 2026 в рамках съезда Совет молодых учёных и специалистов Российской академии образования организовал круглый стол «Научный потенциал России: современные вызовы и стратегии развития образования и педагогической отрасли». Сомодератороми и докладчиками в дискуссии выступили председатель Совета молодых ученых РАО, доцент РАО Никита Алексеевич Краснощеков и директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», кандидат юридических наук, доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова, доцент РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин.
Также от Юридического факультета МГУ участие в данном круглом столе в форме выступления с докладом приняла начальник учебного отдела Юридического факультета МГУ Екатерина Валерьевна Норина.
Участниками круглого стола стали представители более 20 педагогических и классических университетов страны, лауреаты медали «Молодым учёным за успехи в науке» РАО и члены Совета молодых учёных РАО. В ходе обсуждения были затронуты ключевые вопросы развития педагогической отрасли: выстраивание сетевого взаимодействия советов молодых учёных и студенческих научных обществ, цифровая трансформация образовательного процесса и повышение роли молодых исследователей в реализации Стратегии научно-технологического развития России. Особое внимание было уделено роли молодых ученых в интеграции фундаментальных и прикладных исследований в области дидактики, воспитания, психологии обучения и управления образовательными системами. По итогам работы принята резолюция, закрепившая приоритеты развития педагогической отрасли и поддержки молодых исследователей в сфере образования.

From July 9 to 11, 2026, the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) hosted the 14th Congress of Young Scientists and Student Scientific Societies, a key annual event of the Decade of Science and Technology aimed at engaging young scientists in addressing the country's most pressing development challenges, with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
On July 10, 2026, as part of the congress, the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Russian Academy of Education organized a roundtable discussion titled "Russia's Scientific Potential: Current Challenges and Strategies for the Development of Education and the Teaching Industry." Co-moderators and speakers included Nikita Alekseevich Krasnoshchekov, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Academy of Education and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education, and Maxim Valerievich Voronin, Director of the Digital Educational Environment Scientific and Educational Center, PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law at the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University, and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education.
Ekaterina Valeryevna Norina, Head of the Academic Department of the MSU Law Faculty, also participated in the roundtable, delivering a presentation on behalf of the MSU Law Faculty.
Representatives of over 20 pedagogical and classical universities across the country, winners of the RAE Medal "To Young Scientists for Achievement in Science," and members of the RAE Council of Young Scientists participated in the roundtable. The discussion addressed key issues in the development of the educational sector, including building a network of young scientist councils and student scientific societies, digital transformation of the educational process, and enhancing the role of young researchers in implementing the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of Russia. Particular attention was paid to the role of young scientists in integrating fundamental and applied research in the fields of didactics, education, learning psychology, and educational system management. Following the discussion, a resolution was adopted, establishing priorities for the development of the educational sector and supporting young researchers in the field.
