30 июля 2026 года состоялось заседание Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации.
Открыл и проводил заседание председатель Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Илья Владимирович Ножечкин.
В ходе заседания были рассмотрены вопросы об участии в мероприятиях Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации, запланированных на II полугодие 2026 года, а также о подготовке мероприятий Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей, запланированных на II полугодие 2026 года.
В обсуждении вопросов с докладом принял участие Максим Валерьевич Воронин, член Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации, доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова, кандидат юридических наук, доцент, доцент РАО.
Также в заседании приняли участие с докладами Дмитрий Сергеевич Федюшкин, депутат Волгоградской городской Думы, заместитель председателя комитета по промышленности и предпринимательству, генеральный директор ООО «Волгоградский магниевый завод»; Евгений Валерьевич Бакро, председатель Общественного Совета при Департаменте ЖКХ Тюменской области, руководитель аппарата «Школы ЖКХ» Единой России; Юлия Сергеевна Мальфанова, депутат Орловского областного Совета народных депутатов, заместитель Председателя комитета по науке, молодежной политике и связям с общественными объединениями.
В заключительной части заседания участники обсудили текущие вопросы деятельности Экспертного совета и дальнейшую работу по подготовке мероприятий, запланированных на II полугодие 2026 года.

On July 30, 2026, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation was held.
The meeting was opened and moderated by Ilya Vladimirovich Nozhechkin, Chairman of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
The meeting addressed issues related to participation in events of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation scheduled for the second half of 2026, as well as preparations for events of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators scheduled for the second half of 2026.
Maxim Valerievich Voronin, member of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law, Director of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center of the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University, PhD in Law, Associate Professor, and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education, participated in the discussion and presented a report.
Also presenting at the meeting were Dmitry Sergeevich Fedyushkin, Volgograd City Duma Deputy, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Industry and Entrepreneurship, and General Director of Volgograd Magnesium Plant LLC; Evgeny Valerievich Bakro, Chairman of the Public Council under the Tyumen Region Department of Housing and Utilities and Head of the United Russia School of Housing and Utilities; and Yulia Sergeevna Malfanova, Deputy of the Oryol Regional Council of People's Deputies and Deputy Chair of the Committee on Science, Youth Policy, and Relations with Public Associations.
In the final part of the meeting, participants discussed current issues related to the Expert Council's activities and further work on preparing events planned for the second half of 2026.
