Международное сотрудничество и укрепление отношений
В ходе проведения XIII Петербургского международного юридического форума представители Юридического факультета МГУ провели серию встреч с зарубежными коллегами, в частности, с делегацией Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов и Исламской Республики Иран.
От Юридического факультета МГУ участие во встречах приняли декан Юридического факультета МГУ, академик РАО, доктор юридических наук, профессор, научный руководитель НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Александр Константинович Голиченков и директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ, кандидат юридических наук, доцент РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин.
Участники обсудили траектории совместной работы и обмена опытом, поделились успешными методиками обучения и обменялись мнениями по актуальным правовым вопросам, обращая внимание на уникальные аспекты различных правовых систем. Ключевыми темами стали правоприменительная практика и особенности образовательных системы. Кроме этого, обсуждались актуальные вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются правоведы в разных странах мира.
During the XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, representatives of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University held a series of meetings with foreign colleagues, in particular, with the delegation of the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
From the Law Faculty of Moscow State University, the meetings were attended by the Dean of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, Doctor of Law, Professor, Scientific Director of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment" Alexander Konstantinovich Golichenkov and the Director of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment", Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information and Digital Law of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education Maxim Valerievich Voronin.
The participants discussed the trajectories of joint work and exchange of experience, shared successful teaching methods and exchanged opinions on current legal issues, paying attention to the unique aspects of various legal systems. The key topics were law enforcement practice and the features of the educational system. In addition, current challenges faced by legal experts in different countries of the world were discussed.
