23 января представители Юридического факультета МГУ — победители «Регуляторного хакатона», организованного Комплексом экономической политики города Москвы, — были приглашены на закрытый завтрак «без галстуков» с заместителем Мэра Москвы, руководителем Департамента экономической политики и развития города Москвы Марией Андреевной Багреевой.
Встреча, приуроченная ко Дню российского студенчества, прошла в неформальной обстановке и стала площадкой для прямого диалога студентов, уже проявивших себя в решении городских кейсов, с одним из ключевых руководителей столицы. Участники обсудили актуальные вопросы развития городской экономической политики, подходы к регулированию и практические аспекты реализации проектов, требующих междисциплинарных решений.
От Юридического факультета МГУ в числе приглашённых участников — представители НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», победители «Регуляторного хакатона»:
• Максим Валерьевич Воронин — кандидат юридических наук, директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ, доцент РАО, руководитель команды;
• Гадзиян Степан — Председатель Студенческого совета Юридического факультета МГУ, член НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», студент 3 курса,;
• Шахмурзаев Магомед — член НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», студент 2 курса магистратуры;
• Дзыза Александр — член НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», студент 2 курса магистратуры.
Проведение подобных встреч способствует укреплению взаимодействия между университетским сообществом и органами публичной власти, а также расширяет практикоориентированные возможности для студентов, вовлечённых в разработку и обсуждение современных регуляторных решений.

On January 23, representatives of the Moscow State University Law Faculty—winners of the Regulatory Hackathon organized by the Moscow Economic Policy Complex—were invited to a closed, informal breakfast with Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow and Head of the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.
The meeting, timed to coincide with Russian Students' Day, was held in an informal setting and served as a platform for direct dialogue between students who have already distinguished themselves in solving urban cases and a key Moscow official. Participants discussed current issues in the development of urban economic policy, approaches to regulation, and the practical aspects of implementing projects requiring interdisciplinary solutions.
Invited participants from the Moscow State University Faculty of Law included representatives of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, winners of the Regulatory Hackathon:
• Maxim Valerievich Voronin, PhD in Law, Director of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law at the Moscow State University Faculty of Law, Associate Professor at the Russian Academy of Education, and team leader;
• Stepan Gadziyan, Chairman of the Student Council of the Moscow State University Faculty of Law, member of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, third-year student;
• Magomed Shakhmurzaev, member of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, second-year master's student;
• Alexander Dzyza, member of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, second-year master's student.
Holding such meetings helps strengthen interactions between the university community and public authorities, and also expands practical opportunities for students involved in the development and discussion of modern regulatory solutions.
