Китайский университет Цинхуа и Юридический факультет МГУ: векторы сотрудничества
2 июня 2025 г. НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова, кафедра правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права приняли делегацию из Китайского университета Цинхуа. Подобные встречи нацелены на укрепление международного сотрудничества в сфере права и образования, позволяют не только расширять профессиональные горизонты, но и формировать взаимопонимание между культурами.
От университета Цинхуа участие во встрече принял профессор и декан Школы государственной политики и управления Сюйфэн Чжу, от Юридического факультета МГУ – директор Центра, доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ, кандидат юридических наук, доцент РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин.
Участники обсудили широкий спектр вопросов, включая обмен опытом в области правового регулирования, изучение китайского и российского законодательства, а также возможные совместные исследования и проекты. Взаимодействие между учебными заведениями двух стран способствует развитию образовательных стандартов и внедрению инновационных методов обучения. Это положительно сказывается на подготовке квалифицированных специалистов, способных эффективно работать в условиях глобализации и международного сотрудничества.
On June 2, 2025, the Scientific and Educational Centre "Digital Educational Environment" of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Department of Legal Informatics, Information and Digital Law hosted a delegation from Tsinghua University, China. Such meetings are aimed at strengthening international cooperation in the fields of law and education, allowing for not only the expansion of professional horizons but also the fostering of mutual understanding between cultures.
Professor and Dean of the School of Public Policy and Management, Xufeng Zhu, participated in the meeting from Tsinghua University. The Faculty of Law of Moscow State University was represented by the Director of the Centre, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information and Digital Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education, Maksim Valeryevich Voronin.
The participants discussed a wide range of issues, including the exchange of experience in the field of legal regulation, the study of Chinese and Russian legislation, as well as potential joint research and projects. The interaction between the educational institutions of the two countries contributes to the development of educational standards and the implementation of innovative teaching methods. This positively impacts the training of qualified specialists capable of working effectively in the context of globalisation and international cooperation.
