28 января 2026 года состоялось заседание Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации.
Открыл и проводил заседание председатель Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Илья Владимирович Ножечкин.
В ходе заседания члены Экспертного совета обсудили организационные и плановые вопросы дальнейшей деятельности Совета, включающие в себя вопросы о подготовке нормотворческих инициатив, об участии в работе комитетов Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации, о проекте «Всероссийский кластер жилищно-коммунального хозяйства».
В мероприятие принял участие член Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации, доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Юридического факультета МГУ, доцент Российской академии образования, заместитель председателя Совета молодых ученых РАО, ведущий аналитик Центра образовательного законодательства и проблем правоприменения РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин.

On January 28, 2026, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation was held.
The meeting was opened and chaired by Ilya Vladimirovich Nozhechkin, Chairman of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, members of the Expert Council discussed organizational and planning issues for the Council's future activities, including the preparation of legislative initiatives, participation in the work of the committees of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and the All-Russian Housing and Utilities Cluster project.
The event was attended by Maxim Valerievich Voronin, member of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council, associate professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information and Digital Law, director of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center at the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University, associate professor at the Russian Academy of Education, deputy chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Academy of Education, and leading analyst of the Center for Educational Legislation and Law Enforcement Issues of the Russian Academy of Education.
