25 апреля 2026 г. в стенах Юридического факультета МГУ прошёл окружной тур Всероссийской студенческой юридической олимпиады, в рамках которой состоялись состязания по 5 номинациям, в том числе и в номинации «Информационное право». Мероприятие объединило молодых специалистов и студентов из разных регионов России, готовых обсуждать актуальные вызовы современного информационного пространства.
Организаторами ВСЮО-2026 стали Молодежный союз юристов Российской Федерации, СПС «Консультант Плюс», Федеральная палата адвокатов Российской Федерации, Общественная палата Российской Федерации, Российская академия юридических наук, Российский союз налогоплательщиков, ведущие вузы страны и другие организации.
В составе жюри в номинации «Информационное право» принял участие директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ, кандидат юридических наук, доцент РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин, заведующий кафедрой информационного права и цифровых технологий МГЮА имени О.Е. Кутафина, доктор юридических наук, доцент Алексей Владимирович Минбалеев, практикующие работники, адвокаты Трезубов Егор Сергеевич и Павлова Ольга Алексеевна.
Данная олимпиада – не просто интеллектуальное состязание, это площадка для формирования новых идей и выработки рекомендаций по развитию правового поля в сфере информационных технологий.
Организаторы и докладчики внесли неоценимый вклад в общественное развитие, так как именно знание и понимание правовых механизмов информационного пространства становятся залогом устойчивого и справедливого цифрового общества. Олимпиада стала важным шагом в эту сторону, задавая высокий стандарт для будущих проектов и инициатив.

On April 25, 2026, the All-Russian Student Law Olympiad (ASULO) district round was held at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. Competitions were held in five categories, including "Information Law." The event brought together young professionals and students from across Russia, eager to discuss the current challenges of the modern information space.
The 2026 ASULO was organized by the Youth Union of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, the Union of Legal Professionals "Consultant Plus," the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Law Sciences, the Russian Union of Taxpayers, leading Russian universities, and other organizations.
The jury in the Information Law category included Maxim Valerievich Voronin, Director of the Digital Educational Environment Scientific and Educational Center, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law at the Law Faculty of Moscow State University, Candidate of Law, and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education; Alexey Vladimirovich Minbaleev, Head of the Department of Information Law and Digital Technologies at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University, Doctor of Law, and Associate Professor; and practicing attorneys Egor Sergeevich Trezubov and Olga Alekseevna Pavlova.
This Olympiad is more than just an intellectual competition; it is a platform for generating new ideas and developing recommendations for the development of the legal framework in information technology.
