28 мая 2026 года состоялось заседание Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации.
Открыл и проводил заседание председатель Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Илья Владимирович Ножечкин.
В ходе заседания члены Экспертного совета рассмотрели вопросы подготовки пакета документов по выдвигаемым инициативам на пленарное заседание Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации, участии членов Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации в Круглом столе на тему «Демографическая ситуация в России. Пути и методы улучшения», вопросы внесения изменений в состав Экспертного совета, а также формирования плана работы Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации на второе полугодие 2026 года.
В мероприятии принял участие член Экспертного совета Палаты молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации, доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Юридического факультета МГУ, доцент Российской академии образования Максим Валерьевич Воронин.
Максим Валерьевич выступил с докладом о развитии образовательных проектов, в том числе программы повышения квалификации «Компетенции современного парламентария в информационном обществе» (планируется к очередной реализации в сентябре 2026 г.), разработанной Юридическим факультетом МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова совместно с Палатой молодых законодателей при Совете Федерации. Также он рассказал о направлениях совместного сотрудничества Палаты молодых законодателей и Юридического факультета, приоритетными назвав подготовку экспертных заключений и совместные патриотические мероприятия.

On May 28, 2026, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation was held.
The meeting was opened and moderated by Ilya Vladimirovich Nozhechkin, Chairman of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, members of the Expert Council discussed the preparation of a package of documents on initiatives proposed for the plenary session of the Chamber of Young Legislators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the participation of members of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in a roundtable discussion on "The Demographic Situation in Russia: Paths and Methods for Improvement," changes to the composition of the Expert Council, and the development of a work plan for the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for the second half of 2026.
The event was attended by Maxim Valerievich Voronin, member of the Expert Council of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law, Director of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center at the Faculty of Law at Moscow State University, and Associate Professor at the Russian Academy of Education.
Maxim Valerievich presented a report on the development of educational projects, including the professional development program "Competencies of a Modern Parliamentarian in the Information Society" (scheduled for next implementation in September 2026), developed by the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University jointly with the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council. He also discussed areas of joint collaboration between the Chamber of Young Legislators and the Faculty of Law, citing the preparation of expert opinions and joint patriotic events as priorities.
