11 октября 2025 года в рамках международного фестиваля НАУКА 0+ при поддержке Декана Юридического факультета МГУ, доктора юридических наук, научного руководителя НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», академика РАО Александра Константиновича Голиченкова состоялись мастер-класс и дискуссия, подготовленные членами НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» и НСО кафедры правовой информатики, посвященные оценке регулирующего воздействия в квантовую эпоху.
Ведущим мероприятия выступил доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Юридического факультета МГУ, доцент
РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин, открывший мероприятие выступлением на тему «Право и экономика — роль оценки регулирующего воздействия для юристов».
С приветственным словом от молодежного крыла НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Юридического факультета МГУ выступила заместитель председателя молодежного крыла, магистрант Юридического факультета МГУ София Сергеевна Гривас.
В рамках секции выступила команда молодежного крыла НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», одержавшая абсолютную победу в межвузовском конкурсе «Регуляторный хакатон», проведенный АНО
«Мосстратегия» при поддержке Правительства Москвы, с мастер-классом, посвященным практическому применению маркеров эффективности оценки регулирующего воздействия, в составе Артёма Гурова, Александра Дзызы и Магомеда Шахмурзаева. Также свои доклады представили члены НСО кафедры правовой информатики Георгий Ваганов и Егор Косарев.
Далее состоялось решение практического кейса, в рамках которого слушателям секции было необходимо разработать собственные маркеры эффективности оценки регулирующего воздействия права применительно к предложенной задаче. Студентам, представившим лучшее решение, были вручены дипломы. Руководила проверкой работ и награждением председатель НСО кафедры правовой информатики Галина Голубева.
Участниками мероприятия стали магистранты и студенты Юридического факультета, которые выразили желание участвовать в подобных мероприятиях в дальнейшем.

On October 11, 2025, as part of the international festival SCIENCE 0+ and with the support of the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Scientific Supervisor of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment," Academician of the Russian Academy of Education (RAE) Aleksandr Konstantinovich Golichenkov, a master class and discussion prepared by members of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment" and the Student Scientific Society of the Department of Legal Informatics were held, dedicated to regulatory impact assessment in the quantum era.
The event was led by Maksim Valerevich Voronin, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information and Digital Law, Director of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment" of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, and Associate Professor of the RAE, who opened the event with a presentation on the topic "Law and Economics: The Role of Regulatory Impact Assessment for Lawyers."
A welcoming address on behalf of the youth wing of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment" of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University was delivered by the Deputy Chairperson of the youth wing, master's student of the Faculty of Law Sofia Sergeyevna Grivas.
As part of the session, the team from the youth wing of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment," which achieved an absolute victory in the interuniversity competition "Regulatory Hackathon" held by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Mos-strategy" with the support of the Moscow Government, delivered a master class dedicated to the practical application of performance indicators for regulatory impact assessment. The team consisted of Artyom Gurov, Aleksandr Dzyzya, and Magomed Shakhmuzaev. Presentations were also made by members of the Student Scientific Society of the Department of Legal Informatics, Georgy Vaganov and Yegor Kosarev.
This was followed by a practical case study, during which session attendees were required to develop their own performance indicators for regulatory impact assessment in relation to a given task. Diplomas were awarded to the students who presented the best solutions. The review of the works and the awarding ceremony were supervised by the Chairperson of the Student Scientific Society of the Department of Legal Informatics, Galina Golubeva.
The event was attended by master's and bachelor's students of the Faculty of Law, who expressed a desire to participate in similar events in the future.
