15 апреля 2025 г. в 10А (юридическом) классе московской школы № 1520 имени Капцовых — партнерской школы Юридического факультета МГУ состоялся открытый урок по праву. Его провел директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ, доцент РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин. Максим Валерьевич рассказал ученикам о цифровых объектах в правовом поле.
На мероприятие также был приглашен заместитель декана, доцент кафедры трудового права Юридического факультета МГУ, член Федерального учебно-методического объединения в системе высшего образования по УГСН «Юриспруденция», доцент Андрей Александрович Бережнов. В своем выступлении он отметил значимость юридической профессии в современном мире, обратил внимание на особенности применения цифровых технологий в правовой области и пожелал ребятам успехов в их будущей карьере. Во встрече приняли участие заместители директора школы № 1520 Марина ВикторовнаВеревкина и Юрий Анатольевич Михалев.
В ходе урока школьники размышляли о том, как современные технологии влияют на развитие личности, изменяют общественные структуры. Ребята знакомились с правовым регулированием цифровых объектов, юридическими аспектами использования интернета вещей, искусственного интеллекта и цифровых финансовых активов. Они обратили внимание на то, что знание о цифровых объектах уже стало частью экзамена по обществознанию. В заключение урока речь зашла о формировании цифровых профессий будущего, в связи с этим учащиеся обсудили «Атлас новых профессий». По итогам встречи был проведен соцопрос о роли современных технологий в развитии человека, общества и государства.
On April 15th, 2025, an open law lesson was held in the 10A (legal) class of Moscow school No. 1520 named after Kaptsov – a partner school of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. It was conducted by Maksim Valeryevich Voronin, Director of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment," Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education. Maksim Valeryevich informed the students about digital objects within the legal framework.
Also invited to the event was Andrey Alexandrovich Berezhnov, Deputy Dean, Associate Professor of the Department of Labor Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, Member of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association in the System of Higher Education for the UGSN "Jurisprudence," Associate Professor. He noted the significance of the legal profession in the modern world, drew attention to the specifics of the application of digital technologies in the legal field, and wished the students success in their future careers. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Directors of school No. 1520, Marina Viktorovna Verevkina and Yuri Anatolyevich Mikhalev.
During the lesson, the schoolchildren reflected on how modern technologies influence personal development and change social structures. They acquainted with the legal regulation of digital objects, the legal aspects of using the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and digital financial assets. They noted that knowledge about digital objects has already become part of the social studies exam. In conclusion, the discussion turned to the formation of future digital professions, in connection with which the students discussed the "Atlas of New Professions." Following the meeting, a social survey was conducted on the role of modern technologies in the development of individuals, society, and the state.
The holding of such lessons has become a good tradition.
