31 августа 2026 года после пробного дня в партнерской школе Юридического факультета МГУ (школа № 1520 им. Капцовых) для членов кружка «Сила в праве» состоялось просветительское мероприятие – мастер-класс по технологии «Дебаты». Мероприятие было организовано и проведено директором НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда», доцентом кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права Юридического факультета МГУ, доцентом РАО Максимом Валерьевичем Ворониным.
Участники освоили начала технологии «Дебаты» по форматам К. Поппера и Парламентским дебатам. В ходе мероприятия они изучили ключевые аспекты успешных дебатов, включая структуру аргументации, методы эффективного взаимодействия с оппонентами и отстаивания своей позиции. Данное мероприятие призвано повысить интерес к подобного рода дискуссиям, вовлечь участников в конкурсное движение и способствовать их включению в подобные мероприятия, организуемые Московским университетом.
Образовательная технология «Дебаты» активно используется в конкурсном движении и является основной технологией Открытого правового турнира, который ежегодно проводится Юридическим факультетом МГУ совместно с Казанским федеральным университетом при поддержке декана Юридического факультета, доктора юридических наук, академика Российской академии образования, научного руководителя НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Александра Константиновича Голиченкова.

On August 31, 2026, following a trial day at the partner school of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University (School No. 1520 named after the Kaptsovs), an educational event—a master class on the "Debate" technique—was held for members of the "Strength in Law" club. The event was organized and conducted by Maxim Valerievich Voronin, Director of the Digital Educational Environment Research and Education Center, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information, and Digital Law at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education.
Participants mastered the basics of the "Debate" technique using the formats of Karl Popper and parliamentary debates. During the event, they explored key aspects of successful debate, including the structure of argumentation, methods for effectively interacting with opponents, and defending one's position. This event is designed to increase interest in this type of debate, engage participants in the competitive movement, and facilitate their participation in similar events organized by Moscow State University.
The "Debates" educational technology is actively used in the competitive movement and is the core technology of the Open Legal Tournament, which is held annually by the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University jointly with Kazan Federal University with the support of Alexander Konstantinovich Golichenkov, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Doctor of Law, Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, and Scientific Director of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment."
