Kazan Digital Week - 2025
C 17 по 19 сентября 2025 года в Международном выставочном комплексе «Казань Экспо» прошел крупный международнный форум «Kazan Digital Week – 2025». Организаторами мероприятия выступили Министерство цифрового развития, связи и массовых коммуникаций Российской Федерации и Правительство Республики Татарстан.
Форум ежегодно объединяет представителей государственных органов, ученых, разработчиков технологий и бизнес-сообщества для обмена передовыми достижениями в сфере цифровых инноваций и формирования единого пространства для внедрения новых решений в государственную деятельность, бизнес-процессы и образование.
Среди приглашенных докладчиков были представители научных учреждений и крупных вузов, включая Московский государственный университет имени М.В. Ломоносова. В секции «Цифровые технологии в системе публично-правовых (государственно-правовых) отношений» с докладом на тему «Системность правового регулирования применения информационных (цифровых) технологий: технологическая детерминанта» выступил доцент кафедры правовой информатики, информационного и цифрового права, директор НОЦ «Цифровая образовательная среда» Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова, доцент РАО Максим Валерьевич Воронин.
Форум стал значимой площадкой для выработки эффективных механизмов взаимодействия науки, бизнеса и власти в формировании единой стратегии перехода к цифровой экономике, обеспечивающей безопасность и устойчивое развитие российского общества.

From September 17 to 19, 2025, the major international forum "Kazan Digital Week – 2025" was held at the "Kazan Expo" International Exhibition Complex. The event was organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The forum annually brings together representatives of state bodies, scientists, technology developers, and the business community to exchange advanced achievements in the field of digital innovations and to form a unified space for implementing new solutions in government activities, business processes, and education.
Among the invited speakers were representatives of scientific institutions and major universities, including Lomonosov Moscow State University. In the section "Digital Technologies in the System of Public-Legal (State-Legal) Relations," a presentation on the topic "Systemicity of the Legal Regulation of the Application of Information (Digital) Technologies: Technological Determinant" was delivered by Maksim Valerevich Voronin, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Informatics, Information and Digital Law, Director of the Scientific and Educational Center "Digital Educational Environment" of the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University, and Associate Professor of the Russian Academy of Education.
The forum served as a significant platform for developing effective mechanisms of interaction between science, business, and government in forming a unified strategy for the transition to a digital economy that ensures the security and sustainable development of Russian society.
